Marianne will make you laugh and cry, as she shares her experiences, and life story with listeners of all ages on a variety of subjects relating to personal and work.
As a survivor of child abuse, and the lifelong effects of those experiences, Marianne welcomes the opportunity to share her inspirational story; and encourages others to share theirs. She loves sharing the spiritual journey that helped transform her life from victim to conqueror. As a survivor, she entertains invitations to speak on a variety of subjects including (but not excluding): child abuse, foster care, bullying, sexual assault, spousal abuse, rape, and parenting.
With almost 25 years of experience in newspaper journalism, Marianne also welcomes opportunities to speak on issues that matter to people in the area. She especially enjoys encouraging youth to pursue their dreams in media. As an adult high school graduate (Red River Community College, Class of 2005) she enjoys inspiring people to further their education, no matter what their age.
As a best selling author, Marianne welcomes opportunities to speak to classrooms, and inspire children to follow their dreams; she also loves good old fashioned “story corner”.
